Drive-Thru Policy Discloser: This service is NOT an actual wedding. This service do not include vows or ring exchange.
This service is a notary ceremony with a romantic twist and will help couples quickly file their Ohio marriage license (i.e. paperwork) with the courts. ADDRESS: Our Drive-Thru location will be sent by text upon a secured deposit booking for the privacy and safety for couples.
ARRIVAL TIME: Each ceremony has a 15 min block. An on time arrival is required to prevent delaying the next couple's scheduled arrival. LATE / NO SHOW: Please call or text BEFORE your scheduled time if you are running late. There is a 5 min late arrival grace period for late arrivals. Late arrivals beyond 5 mins are subject to: an additional fee ($TBD), Rescheduling or Cancellation. No Show bookings will not be rescheduled. EXTRA GUESTS: Couples can bring only 1-guest. An additional guests can be added for $5. Any additional guests will upgrade this service to our Elopement package ($150). PICTURES: If no guest are available, your officiant will act as your photographer using your cell phone. *pictures are optional. VIDEO: Face-Time | Live Streaming the ceremony with family & friends is allowed. For copyright purposes Video Recording is prohibited. MARRIAGE LICENSE: An Ohio marriage license is required to be valid and present before the ceremony can proceed. Following the ceremony your marriage license will be delivered to your registered courthouse (by hand or mail). If the ceremony takes place after-hours or holiday, it will be delivered on the next business day. Unless the couple chooses to deliver the ML themselves. *(MOBILE OFFICIANT SERVICES: Couples can opt to use our Mobile Officiant services for their private ceremony for an additional rate. We travel to: Venues, Homes, Parks, Business, etc.! Give Stephanie a call or text to discuss your wedding needs at (330) 333-3349. PAYMENT : No deposit is required when booking for a "Same-Day" service. A $25 deposit is required to reserve a future date and time. We only accept Zelle for reservation deposits and payments. However, cash is optional when finalizing your balance. SERVICE DISCRETION: Our Officiant have the right to refuse any service that is deemed threatening, disorderly or offensive. |

How to Obtain Your Ohio Marriage License : |

Ohio residents must apply for a marriage license in the county you are a resident - if you are from two different counties either one will do. Out of state newlyweds must apply in the county in which they are going to be married.

The current fee is approximately $60.00. Witnesses are not required in Ohio. You Officiant is your State licensed witness. |
